Common quick fixes.
· Speech isn't being recognized — Sunsaid uses on-device recognition. Check Settings → Sunsaid → Microphone and Speech Recognition are allowed, speak at a normal volume, and try a quieter room. Two missed attempts always offer hold-to-affirm so you're never locked out.
· Apps aren't blocking — shielding needs Screen Time permission. Open Sunsaid → Settings → Shielded apps and re-approve if asked.
· Subscription issues — purchases and refunds are handled by Apple. In Sunsaid, use Settings → Restore purchases after reinstalling.
