A page won't verify. Fill the frame with the whole page in good light and hold steady. Receipts, packaging, and screens don't count — only printed book pages.

"Already counted." Each page counts once. Scan the next page you've read.

The question didn't load. If our question service is unreachable, your pages are verified by scan alone and you still earn standard minutes.

Apps didn't re-lock / unlock. Open Bookplate — it reconciles your balance and shields on launch. Check Settings → Screen Time to confirm Bookplate's permission is granted.

Restore Pro. Settings → Restore purchases.

Erase my data. Settings → Erase local data. Everything lives on your device; nothing is stored on our servers.
